An easy and delicious dish, which you can cook for diner or for parties. These Korean chick wings are simply prepared by marinating the chicken and by putting it in the oven.
Today, I would like to present you one of my favorite chicken wings recipes. My friends all love it when I cook this dish. Therefore, I would like to share this with you.

- Mix brown sugar, gochujang, light soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, rice wine and minced garlic cloves together until it has a sauce structure (if you want to add salt and pepper also include that in the sauce).
- Marinate the chicken wings for at least 30 minutes (preferably a few hours). If you really don’t have time and you just got back from work, then it’s fine to marinate it and to put it in the oven immediately. It will still taste good, except that when you marinate if for a few hours, the flavor will be even better!
- Preheat the oven at 190 Celsius degrees. (Please note, each oven is different, I have a hot air oven, so the temperature used is usually lower than a traditional gas oven.)
- Put it in the oven for 40 minutes and set a separate timer for 25 minutes. Take the chicken wings out of the oven after 25 minutes and flip it over in order to make it crunchy for both sides. Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
- Optional: Add sesame seeds and spring onions on top for garnish.
- Take it out of the oven, it’s diner time!
*For me salt and pepper was not needed anymore, as I usually don’t like my food to be very salty.
I usually also wok some vegetables and cook some rice to make my meal complete! I hope that you will enjoy this recipe and it would be nice if you can let me know what you think about this recipe after you have tried it =D!
